Mindoula Expands Whole Person Care Enablement Platform Through Strategic Acquisitions

SILVER SPRING, MD (July 21, 2026) Mindoula today announced the acquisitions of Janus Healthcare Partners and Valera Health, significantly expanding the company’s clinical footprint and capabilities. The acquisitions position Mindoula to offer enhanced partnership opportunities to healthcare organizations seeking to identify, engage, and serve complex and rising risk populations by deploying Mindoula’s 24/7 virtual and in-person behavioral health care and support solutions that use tech-enabled multi-disciplinary teams to address the whole person.

The two acquisitions bring together complementary expertise in the delivery of value-based Collaborative Care models, specialty behavioral healthcare, and evidence-based population health solutions in the areas of suicide prevention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and serious mental illness (SMI).
